She had a track record of service delivery and innovation, as well as sound management at a strategic level in complex environments within the NHS and local authorities.Eva was born into a medical family in Prague. She spent the first 20 years of her life under communism and her second language was Russian. She graduated from Charles University, Prague, with an MA in medical rehabilitation and sport medicine, with first class honours.Eva came to London in 1993 to learn English, when she met Francis, her future husband.
