A major pharmacy chain in Sweden has introduced age restrictions for the purchase of certain anti-ageing skincare products. The company Apotek Hjärtat has said it will no longer sell some products to customers under 15 unless they have permission from parents or a relevant skin condition.Is the ban comprehensive or skin deep?It’s quite wide ranging. Children under 15 will no longer be able to buy any skincare products that contain alpha hydroxy acids, beta hydroxy acids, vitamin A (retinoids), and vitamin C.
