Pfizer (PFE) has ramped up production of its Covid-19 vaccine and expects to have delivered a total of 300 million doses to the U.S. two weeks early, in July, CNBC tells us. The drug maker expects to deliver 10% more doses to the U.S. by the end of May than it had previously agreed to — up to 220 million from 200 million. The announcement came as dozens of states temporarily stopped administering the Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) single-dose Covid vaccine following a Food and Drug Administration advisory.
