KENILWORTH, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–AstraZeneca and Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, today announced positive results from the Phase 3 PROfound trial of LYNPARZA in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have an homologous recombination repair gene mutation (HRRm) and have progressed on prior treatment with new hormonal anticancer treatments (e.g. enzalutamide and abiraterone).
