Merck Announces Fourth-Quarter 2019 Dividend

KENILWORTH, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share of the company’s common stock for the fourth quarter of 2019. Payment will be made on Oct. 7, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 16, 2019.
