When Staffordshire GP Mark Williams sat down late one night after his family had gone to bed and wrote about his experience of home visits, he had no idea of the opportunities it would bring.On a whim, he had replied to a tweet from a producer on a BBC Radio 4 programme that reflects on topical matters, with little expectation that it would come to anything.
