Junior doctors announce new strike dates

Junior doctors in England have announced two further rounds of strike action, in December and January.The BMA said that after five weeks of talks the Department of Health and Social Care had not put forward a credible offer to end the pay dispute. As a result, the BMA’s Junior Doctors Committee has unanimously voted for further strike dates in December and January.Junior doctors will take the first round of action from 7 am on 20 December to 7 am on 23 December.
