The Big Tea is an annual event held for the past six years to raise money for NHS Charities Together, St John Ambulance, the Royal Voluntary Service, and the Together Coalition.The King also celebrated the NHS’s birthday at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, as part of the first Holyrood Week since his coronation in May.
