UN rights chief urges Belarus to promptly release political detainees
The UN rights chief on Friday urged Belarus to end the systematic repression of perceived critics and immediately release all detainees held on political grounds, following the release of a new report from his office OHCHR, which concludes gross violations are being committed across the country.
